After looking at your crawlspace, the slope of the streets is allowing water to enter the crawlspace. Recommended:
- • Inside French Drain — perforated flexible pipe in cloth sleeve, covered with gravel (140 linear ft). Zoeller M53 sump pump with basin and water check valve. Discharge line 25 linear ft to outside and away from the foundation — $5,500
- • Electrical Outlet — GFCI circuit breaker, light, and permit — $700 (additional $400)
- • AprilAire E100 Dehumidifier with condensation pump — $2,750
- • Mold Treatment — $1,000

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined responsibilities and scope of work.
Scope: All work described in the Included Scope. Any work not listed is not included unless agreed in writing.
Excluded: Foundation modifications and any work not listed in the scope.
Notes: Jobsite will be left clean once completed. Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship.
Validity: valid until October 1, 2026.
